Overview
We’re looking for a detail-driven Receiving Administration Clerk to join our warehouse team in Yennora. If you thrive on accuracy, organisation, and no two days being the same, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting daily cycle counts and resolving stock discrepancies
- Processing and reconciling inbound freight paperwork
- Logging issues, capturing photos, and maintaining clean system records
- Collaborating with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
What you’ll need:
- Experience in warehousing, inventory, or admin (extra points if you’ve done all three)
- Sharp attention to detail – you’ll notice if stock is off by 3 units, not just 30
- Solid computer skills – you’re confident with WMS systems and Excel
- A forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential
