We are on the lookout for an experienced and confident Fleet Controller to join our fast-paced Kilsyth team. If you are a logistics professional who thrives under pressure and enjoys the challenge of coordinating complex transport operations, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
- Coordinate daily deliveries, collections, and vehicle allocations across our VIC operations.
- Manage asset allocation, labour planning, and transport requests for key client accounts.
- Ensure deliveries are safe, timely, and cost-effective while maximising trailer utilisation.
- Collaborate with the Operations team and customers to uphold high customer service standards.
- Monitor driver schedules and ensure compliance with fatigue management regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal communications.
Requirements
What you Bring:
- Previous experience in fleet coordination, logistics coordination, or transport operations.
- Strong geographical knowledge of Melbourne and surrounds.
- Clear communicator with solid planning and time management skills.
- Resilience under pressure and strong multitasking abilities.
- TMS knowledge (Translogix preferred) and general IT proficiency.
